This Privacy Policy explains how AikFlow, operated by the AikFlow founding team on behalf of C-COPRS (a company currently being incorporated in Madagascar), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit this website, join the waitlist, or, once available, use the AikFlow club hub and mobile application (together, the “Service”).
This policy is designed to comply with Malagasy Law n°2014-038 of January 9, 2015 on the protection of personal data, which established the Commission Malagasy de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CMIL) as the competent supervisory authority in Madagascar.
AikFlow's core design principle is 100% on-device processing: posture and movement analysis happens entirely on the athlete's device, using on-device AI models. No video or image is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers. Only the following non-visual data is synced to power the club hub and parent space: attendance records, calendar and call-ups, self-reported daily form, wellness indicators, and consent records.
We process personal data based on: your consent (waitlist sign-up, athlete account creation), the performance of a contract (once your club uses AikFlow), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
AikFlow is used by young athletes, many of whom are minors (under the age of 18, the age of legal majority in Madagascar). No personal data about a child is collected, and no athlete account is activated, without explicit, verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, obtained through a dedicated consent module before any data collection begins.
Waitlist data is kept for the duration of the pilot rollout and deleted or anonymized once no longer needed, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us. Once the app launches, athlete and club data will be retained only for as long as the athlete's account remains active with the club, plus any period required by applicable law.
Under Malagasy Law n°2014-038, you have the right to access, rectify, and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to request its deletion. Parents or legal guardians can exercise these rights on behalf of their child. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Malagasy de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CMIL), the Malagasy data protection authority.

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the Service. This website is hosted by LWS (Ligne Web Services), a hosting provider based in France, which involves a transfer of data outside Madagascar; we take reasonable steps to ensure this transfer is protected under confidentiality and security commitments consistent with Law n°2014-038. We do not share data with advertising third parties.
We apply privacy-by-design principles, in particular by keeping movement and video analysis on-device rather than on our servers, and by taking reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data hosted on our infrastructure.
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies, required to remember your language preference and to operate basic site functions. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy as AikFlow and the incorporation of C-COPRS progress. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
